CANCELLATION POLICY

Deserving Beauty Cancellation Policy At Deserving Beauty, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best service to all clients, please review our cancellation policy below. Booking Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellation & Rescheduling * Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment with no additional fee. * Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay 50% of the missed service total before booking another appointment. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late "may" need to reschedule or have their service modified based on the remaining appointment time. Late arrivals may also forfeit their deposit if the appointment cannot be completed. Please reach out before once you will be late. Emergency Situations We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
